In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing p777, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on p777. The creation of multiple accounts — whether in the same name or under different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information promptly in the event of any change. p777 reserves the right to request verification of any submitted information at any time.

KYC Requirements: Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point p777 deems appropriate for compliance purposes, you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting:

• A clear, legible copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back)
• Verification of your registered Pakistani mobile number via OTP confirmation
• Proof of address where requested (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document issued within 90 days)
• Verification of payment method ownership — evidence that the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank account used for deposits belongs to the registered player

p777 reserves the right to suspend account activity, including the processing of withdrawals, during any pending KYC review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.

p777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) exclusively through the following verified payment channels. All transactions are processed at current PKR face value without currency conversion:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed instantly. Minimum deposit: PKR 500.
• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed instantly. Minimum deposit: PKR 500.
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank — bank transfer deposits. Processing time: 1–3 business hours during banking hours.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the player's own verified name. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be satisfied before processing can commence:

• Your account must have completed full KYC verification, including CNIC submission and payment method verification.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance must be fully satisfied prior to withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for deposit — JazzCash to JazzCash, EasyPaisa to EasyPaisa, bank account to the same registered bank account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are tier-dependent and displayed within your account dashboard.

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Abuse of bonus structures through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement specified at the time of the offer. The wagering requirement must be completed in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus credits and any wagering progress not completed within this period will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• p777 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or terms circumvention is identified.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical outcomes and do not guarantee specific results in any individual gaming session.

By participating in any game on p777, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Minimum and maximum wager amounts per game or market are specified within each game or market interface and are subject to change without prior notice.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on p777 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all account balances, in addition to any legal remedies available to p777:

• Creating or operating more than one p777 account per person, household, IP address, or device
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other time
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, artificial play patterns, or use of automated betting software (bots) on the platform
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or RNG anomalies in a manner designed to generate unfair advantage
• Using funds derived from unlawful activity for deposits, or using p777 in any manner connected with money laundering
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your p777 account on your behalf, whether for play or financial purposes
• Registering while knowingly subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion or cool-off period on p777 or any linked platform
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming controls, withdrawal limits, or any other platform restriction
• Making chargebacks or disputed transaction claims in bad faith following legitimate gaming losses

• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum PKR amount you can lose within a defined period. Automatically suspends betting activity once the threshold is reached.

p777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering;
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment processor;
• Identification as an ineligible player (underage, excluded, or legally restricted);
• Prolonged account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• At the player's own request for voluntary closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account closure where no breach has occurred by the player, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's most recently used payment method following completion of standard identity verification checks. Funds associated with breached accounts are forfeited and will not be returned.

Inactive account balances — where an account has been dormant for twelve (12) or more consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly administration fee as specified in the platform's fee schedule. Players are advised to maintain account activity or withdraw balances they do not intend to use within a reasonable timeframe.

All content available on the p777 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, user interfaces, text, logos, trademarks, sound effects, and game mechanics — is the intellectual property of p777 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use p777 services solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any p777 content without explicit written permission;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any p777 software;
• Use any p777 trademark, trade name, logo, or branding in connection with any commercial activity or in any manner that may imply association with or endorsement by p777;
• Frame or embed p777 content within any third-party website, application, or service without written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or connected with your use of the p777 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from your own gaming decisions, wager outcomes, or betting activity
• Losses resulting from platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical service interruptions
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures or device-side technical problems
• Losses resulting from delayed payment processing by third-party payment providers
• Any indirect or consequential financial loss not directly caused by p777's own gross negligence

p777's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to p777 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude p777's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

p777 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of your agreement with p777 and should be read alongside these Terms. By registering an account on p777, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, p777 collects personal data including your name, CNIC details, mobile number, payment information, and gaming activity records for the purposes of account operation, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Minor, administrative, or clarificatory changes may be made without specific advance notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p777 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes not resolved through the internal complaints procedure outlined below shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant regulatory or judicial authority.

Internal Complaints Procedure: In the first instance, all disputes and complaints should be submitted to p777 customer support via live chat from within your account dashboard. p777 commits to acknowledging all complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved at the customer support level, it will be escalated to p777's compliance team for formal review.
